Perhaps it's just me, but I find very long posts wearying. May I request that they are edited by the sender before the submit button is operated? Short and punchy are more likely to claim my attention. Whole extracts from newspaper articles are seldom necessary. The judge is not alone in this habit. In other words, quality NOT quantity!

in fact, if we follow the laws on copyright

here, sun star forums even deleted my post
since due to little learning
i had copy pasted the entire url or news

they said that the laws on copyrights allow only about 20% of the news to be reproduced and the rest in your own words, as in SHORTNEWS germany

but, copyright laws and restrictions are not applied to some countries

THE POINT is:

if you shorten the news, you have to open the URL
now, here it TAKES 2 - 5 minutes to open email yahoo sometimes or often
due to the quake mess december

so, better to just paste the entire news DUE to this problem

let me explain on the damage of the quake on INTERNET across asia etc.:

supposing a member of this and other forums that i am replying is affected by the SLOWDOWN of internet

(and many schools here are studying or had assigned this topic, of WHEN WILL THE INTERNET be fast and not snail pace slow)

how can that member here etc. or nearby also affected
open the news url if there are important LINKS and it would take 5 minutes each to open the link

so BETTER to copy paste the entire news JUST for the time being
