Bench press
People, how much can you do on a flat bench and how long have you been training?
also how heavy are you guys?
I'm 75 kg, and my max bench is 260 pounds for 3 reps, 300 pounds for 1 rep. I've been training for 2 years.

Well I don't do that on flat bench but I can lift from ground to straight arms 135kg its about 270 pounds I think and that's my best score for now. Im too tall for weight lifting anyway, shorter guys can easily lift much more than me.
