Ironduke,
I have finished the first tin and you talk of saving them!
Yummy Yummy Yummy
I have butter cookies in my tummy
Reminded me of this song:
Quote:
Yummy Yummy Yummy
I got love in my tummy, And I feel like a-lovin' you
Love, you're, such a sweet thing
Good enough to eat thing
And it's just a-what, I'm gonna do
Ooh love to hold you ,Ooh love to kiss you
Ooh love, I love it so, Ooh love, you're sweeter
Sweeter than sugar
Ooh love, I won't let you go
Yummy, yummy, yummy, I got love in my tummy
And as silly as it may seem
The lovin' that youre givin'
Is what keeps me livin'
And your love is like peachesand cream
Kind-a like sugar
Kind-a like spices
Kind-a like, like what you do
Kind-a sounds funny
But your love honey
Honey, I love you
Yummy, yummy, yummy, I got love in my tummy
That your love can satisfy
Love, you're such a sweet thing
Good enough to eat thing
And sweet thing, that ain't no lie
Ooh love to hold you
Ooh love to kiss you
Ooh love, I love it so
Ooh love, you're sweeter
Sweeter than sugar
Ooh love, I won't let you go
Yummy, yummy, yummy, I got love in my tummy
And I feel like a-lovin' you
Love, you're such a sweet thing
Good enough to eat thing
And it's just a-what I'm gonna do
Ooh love to hold you
Ooh love to kiss you
Ooh love, I love it so
Ooh love, you're sweeter
Sweeter than sugar
Ooh love, I won't let you go

At this rate, he will have to stop dishing out these cookies or else he will go broke.
And anyway the postage being what, I would not be surprised if Ironduke is thinking of organsing a negative point system (based on distance) so that those who live far like me, do not becoming his regulars.
This US Aid (PL 480) I sure liked!

Don't worry about it
For the foreseeable future, the butter cookie program will be in effect for those from all countries.

At each 5000 posts?
Very encouraging, but sure don't want to be taxing to the WAB!

As I loathe Butter Cookies ( they are BISCUITS for heavens sake!) my posts are likely to stop at number 4,999.

But would that be wise? India is likely to suffer severe subsidence from the weight of the tins being sent there!

Samudra,
It cost the WAB people a lot in postage is what I was stating!
Rather nice of the WAB all the same to give recognition in cognitive terms rather than titles like "Superman", "Batman", "Robin", "Wonder Woman", "Mr America" etc

I'm willing to entertain requests for comparable awards at a comparable price.
