It is 10 November out here in India.

So, let me take the privilege of being the first to wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY and many more to come.

I used to religiously take a day's leave on my birthday when I was in the Army.

It was my way to ensure that no senior bullied me or shouted at me and likewise, I did not say or get unkind with anyone my junior on that day.

I hope you have taken a day off today!
