Need help with a movie name

I recall seeing a Western movie set in Mexico in the early 1900s around the time of Pancho Villa and the Pershing Expedition. All I remember is the ending where a lady gets raped at a dinner party and is followed by a Mexican general in a fancy white uniform getting mowed down in a pretty gory shot with blood everywhere and this is then followed by a huge shootout in which a machine gun plays a major role and almost all the main characters are killed with lots of blood squrting out, etc. The movie then ends as US soldiers ride into town and a guy who looks pretty similar to Pershing looking shocked at the carnage.

Now before someone says The Wild Bunch, that is not it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OLvE...20wild%20bunch - that is The Wild Bunch final shootout and its not what I saw. I am positive the movie I saw had Mexican soldiers in white uniforms.

Does anyone know the name of this movie and if its available on DVD?
