    Pampered Pets

Here is a story about how we pamper our pets.

    The story says:
Pet owners' spending is not limited to the basics. The APPMA found in its National Pet Owners Survey that 27 percent of dog owners and 13 percent of cat owners buy their pets birthday presents, and 55 percent of dog owners and 37 percent of cat owners buy their pet holiday presents.
Do you all buy your pets gifts? Either at holiday or just in general. We did get gifts for the cats this past Christmas, but I dont know if that would be the norm. For a dog, though - absolutely! We always had gifts for our dogs and they always opened them on their own.
"To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are."-Sholem Asch

"I always turn to the sports page first, which records people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures."-Earl Warren

"I didn't intend for this to take on a political tone. I'm just here for the drugs."-Nancy Reagan, when asked a political question at a "Just Say No" rally

"He no play-a da game, he no make-a da rules."-Earl Butz, on the Pope's attitude toward birth control

My dog gets a present every time I go to the grocery store. At least thats what she thinks. She manifests this by having to stick her nose into each and every grocery bag! She's just being true to her breed.

Did you hear about the companies trying to develop a hypoallergenic cat? I had thought about it a few months ago, figured someone was sure to try it. And there it was. Somewhere. I'll try to find the link.
