They sell tickets to watch the grunion run? How do they run without feet? Do you have to buy a comic book first? Do the grunion then read the comic book? They must as California grunion spawn at night on the beach, from two to six nights after the full and new moon. You should be careful, they might get into your tube sock.

On the way home this late afternoon on the Wisconsin side, low and behold a very handsome and very young man leans out his truck and gives me one of the most fantastic grins I've seen in a very long time, along with a nod of the head. Heavens, that was certainly flattering. I did notice the business truck he was driving and am thinking about calling the lawn service that was advertised. Some firms in this economy will have their people do just about anything to get more business.

That's positive feedback in the last 12 months, I haven't bought or sold anything on ebay for over a year.

I do have 100% feedback, buying and selling.

(Background theme music from The Twilight Zone)

So, if you live in northern Wisconsin, and your neighbor's chickens are mysteriously killed, lurking in the woods may be the werewolf like creature called "The Dog Man".

When pet cats and small dogs or sheep start getting killed off, we then welcome you to The Twilight Zone.

Secondary school for me was a technical school, where you went if you wanted to get a trade, readin and writin were not an absolute priority.

Adding dyslexia to it doesn't help.

Was there any part of the ad that you didn't understand?

Let me know and I'll take you through it word by word if need be. I'm a caring sort of person.

In our business, you would be horrified by the level of literacy and numeracy. Unfortunately the three R's are not what they should be.

Have you ever been to our fair shores, in particular, Port Arthur? That was where our ancestors enjoyed an all expenses paid trip from Pomy land, and yes, shaking their chains behind them. Now these people were poms, civilized people I hear, Most of the gravestones have wrong spelling.

Aarh yes, I remember it well. The Twilight Zone was a great series. Pity the movie didn't live up to the series. Also the death of Vic Morrow was a low point.

Yes, Freddie, I have been to Australia (that's where I had the pleasure(?) of driving a Holden MBT.) Unaccountably I didn't spend too much time in the cemeteries looking for poor spelling. Mea culpa! Forgive me.

Aahh yes, the HQ holden, you couldn't kill them with a stick. They were so popular that in latery years they had their own class of formula for racing. All cars had to be the same, 202ci, three speed manual, standard suspension and brakes, constant speed, variable noise. One big problem they had, the had trouble keeping up with the pace car.

From 1967 to 1977, holden used the 186 ci and later the 202 ci, both bassed on an early chev motor, very basic but the worked. The HQ also had the option of a 4.2 ltr V8, a 5 ltr V8 and special orders of the 350 chev motor.

The HQ never raced at Bathurst, Bathurst 1000 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
except for the HQ class. Holden raced the Torana,
Holden Torana .com - When You're Hot You're Hot!!!
That at one stage was the only car in the world that could be bought as a 4,6 or 3 options of v8, 4.2ltr, 5 ltr and 350chev.

If you're anyway interested in motor sport, you can't go past Bathurst.

And if you thought the Holden was a tank, you obviously never drove the Valiant, made by Chrysler, I reckon they would almost stop a 105 HESH round, well, almost.

Be very careful with the alfoil hats. You have to be sure that your hat is on the right way, if the hat is on backwards, you will reverse the polarity of your brain, turning your brain MALE. That's not a bad thing, it'll at least give you an idea of the things us poor men have to put up with, day in, day out. Also, don't go outside in a thunderstorm, if you do, please hold Tankies hand, yes I know, that means taking off the rubber gloves you always wear when he's around.
