Some of us women save that sort of thing for the underwear. The sexier the feeling the less of it there is - but not commando.

On another note I made yet another offer on a property. It's a good deal so there are multiple offers. My first offer was $1000 over the asking price, the 2nd $10k more, my last (and final) $7k over that. We'll see.

This property has potential. It has a separate 1bd/1ba unit in addition to the main 3bd/2ba house. I would have a positive cash flow if I rented the main house not including the other unit.

You do know that toenails are on the toes and fingernails are on the fingers right? I mean if you know of a woman that they look exactly the same - that is somewhat scary.

You know, I'm not going to make any comments as to your overbidding for this house of $18,000. Nope, not one comment at all. I just need to go into the ladies and breathe into a bag whilst clutching my chest.

When I normally want to wear black, blue or purple undies I am wearing white clothes and the other way around. I like light undies with light clothing and dark undies with dark clothing. I don't like red though. Red is icky, most women can't carry the color of the underwear well enough to look really good in it though. Purple or a medium blue is good though.

I did say that it would depend on the amount of Tequila! However, on a hot, humid day in FL, with a nice sundress on, less is better!

Some deals are better than others. This property was listed in Feb at $419k. It was reduced to $320k, fell out of escrow and came back on the market at $305k. Monday it reduced to $232k!

This property represents a unique opportunity for me. I would be able to rent the main house for $300 a month over my mortgage (PITI) and live in the extra unit rent free. That's charging below market rent.

I currently rent a cottage on a piece of property with another house on it. I really like my neighbors, they are a pleasure to live with. Smart money would be to offer them a long term, below market lease on a bigger house and be sure of who I'm living next to.

One of our coaches walked by myself and a co-worker, dressed in khaki's and a nice shirt. Normally the coaches wear shorts and a school T-Shirt to work. So anyway, as he walks by I say to my co-worker..."Wow, look at Coach. I don't usually see him with clothes on!" Well of course my co-worker had to tell him what I said. He smiled and winked and said, "I thought that was our secret, Denise!"
