A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her monthly cycle.

For example:

If she is ovulating, she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features.

However, if she is pregnant, menstruating or menopausal, she tends to be more attracted to a man with duct tape over his mouth and a spear lodged in his chest while he is on fire.

No further studies are expected.

Just read about a blast in India that killed 25 people!

Schools almost over, students are taking their AP (Advanced Placement) tests this week, which is a very important test, because students can get college credit for a course. But according to two girls I overheard talking this morning, the most important question today is...do you match your underwear to your pants or your shirt?

Depending on how much Tequila has been consumed...I'd just go commando!

OMG! I never realized how competitive school sports can be! We just had a student withdraw from our school to enroll in another school in the same county. Happens to be a Basketball player and apparently is a "star" player! Well, the Administrator for Athletics as well as the Basketball coach both showed up in my office reading the student the riot act about not being able to play at the new school next year and how could he leave our school!

And I'm just sitting there in MY OFFICE thinking to myself...Just leave my office and let me get back to work instead of having to sit here listening to everyone arguing about SPORTS!

I am mentally exhausted!!!!

From an academic point of view, I wonder what would be the coordination in clothes and colours involved when one is feeling a wee bit oversexed on a day!

On another note I made yet another offer on a property. It's a good deal so there are multiple offers. My first offer was $1000 over the asking price, the 2nd $10k more, my last (and final) $7k over that. We'll see.

This property has potential. It has a separate 1bd/1ba unit in addition to the main 3bd/2ba house. I would have a positive cash flow if I rented the main house not including the other unit.
