Has anyone figured out how to adjust themselves using the back of a chair? It works for some areas but not others.

Tankie - brutish as ever. I was looking for a substitute for a chiropractor, not what you had in mind.

Instead of the chiropractor why not an inverted table. I have one you flip backwards and hang upsidedown. It removes all the compression in your back, shoulders, legs etc. Its works pretty well and is not enpensive at all. You just have to get used to it. So many minutes a day and you can feel the change.

So every night since we got the puppy I have gotten up at least once and let her out in the middle of the night. Last night was no exception.

We have this rug on the deck outside the back door. It is one of those thick straw like rugs. I stepped on it wrong, twisted my ankle and landed on the deck. Sideways luckily.

I have fractured the top of my foot the Dr says. I now have crutches and a brace thing on my foot. I have never had crutches before and I am finding out that they are not for uncoordinated people.

I, unfortunately, am one of these uncooordinated people.

What I need is to have this kid as soon as possible so I can get a Margarita or four into me.
