It's ok Debbie, I emptied the Tequila bottle out and filled it with water and tied up a dog with hemeroids, that takes care of Dave and Tankie, Glyn is way too old to worry about, , Southie's way too busy getting a suntan, so everythings covered.

Besides, how could I ever be away from your writing for any length of time? I went through serious withdrawals on those few days. Strangely enough, every time I see a worm in a bottle of Tequila, I have a visual of Tankie.

What is wrong with my personality? Perhaps it is just located in the wrong spot for your type of fellow?

We're having Bean and Cheese Burritos for dinner tonight. She already had half of one for lunch.

I'm to take her back at 9:30 AM tomorrow to have the patch removed.

That is if the Police blockade of my street is down. Dogs started barking furiously and there's a cop car blocking my street (I'm on a corner) and the cop stringing yellow tape from my fence to a tree across the street.

Half way down the block is another similar barracade. None of the cops seem excited about anything but just won't tell us what happened. One person heard it was an Officer Involved Shooting.

Sure glad I had my wood fences taken down and replaced with concrete block.

Wife is asleep with pain killer and couldn't care less. So I'm fielding the phone calls for her.

The dogs have finally quieted down after I took them out for a leg raising exercise and replaced their water bucket with fresh - cool water.

Just another day at the office.
I had lenses replaced in both my eyes about 7 years ago, They are working great now. I can see properly. Night driving is not the major drama it was before.

What spot are we talking about?

Is it the same as the 7th letter of the alphabet?

I know, I know, into the cold shower.

Did you know, in FNQ, far north Queensland, the cold showers are mostly warm, not like in Wisconsin where to have a shower you have to thaw out the taps, and raise the water temp by 80 deg F to get cold water?

Hot water, forget it.

Hard cheese Freddie! The inhabitants of the Yew Ess of Ay know what high temperatures are like if they live in Arizona and New Mexico (or some adjoining and equally benighted states!) Of course living in Oz is really tearing the arse out of it. My condolences to all those thus afflicted.

I have nothing to say in particular. Just checking to make sure I can still post on this board after its overhaul.

The marvels of modern technology, you're coming in loud and clear here in OZ, it's like you're in the next room.

My youngest son has been working at a place in Western Australia called Mt Newman (iron ore mine). It's just on the tropic of Capricorn, so it's not near the equator. Every day the temp goes above 40 deg C. most days it's above 50 deg C. And just for you Glyn, every work crew has a snake handler as the snakes are a huge issue, not your average tiger snake, but King Brown that from memory are about number 4 in the world for toxicity. We don't muck around here.
