I think this is the appropriate forum. I am looking for info on a real specific question. Who can I contact or look about some casual research into some US
defense stuff that was passed to the isarelis by a german national in the late 60's. The details are really fuzzy but if I'm not mistaken these are the circumstances. Can I request this under the FOIA?

It isn't. It's a historical espionage event and this thread will be moved to the history section of Warfare in the Modern Age. Do you know the name of the German national?
