That's purty much what I mean. If we can get some buy-in from the tribes for the new way of doing their 'revenge' bidness - rule of law, instead of just wild-eyed vigilantism - we got this nailed. If they'll vote instead of just TAKING power by force, we got this nailed. In short, if they'll stop behaving like savages and EVOLVE, for Allah's sake, we got this nailed.
I'm VERY pleased that they saw fit to help us out with this guy turned in alive, when they could've done what they've done for centuries instead.
