If that's what you saw, then that wasn't the case at all.

I still don't know what happened exactly, but I do know they were coming out of a promotion ceremony at the Flour Mill, and the area wasn't swept properly (or at all), where someone stepped and they had 2 holes dug with 4 artillery shells underneath. Should have been many more dead than there were. I don't know if I'm being too specific, but everyone else is telling families and friends, so why not follow the crowd.

Giggs - With the hours I'm online, either the Fiancee is at school, or the parents are out. Not much else to pass the time.

My impression supports AM. As I understand it, the media got it wrong AGAIN, and the video shows an event seperate from the one discussed. They've conflated the two events, due to receiving the video cut @ the time of the other event occurred.
