But as an occupying force it is US army's responsibility to protect civilians(same is said by many opponents to iraq war incld UN).

If i am correct we r in iraq war sub forum & talking something related to casualties of US soldiers & innocent iraqi civilians. If u want to disect IA in kashmir u will be welcomed in Asian M&S sub forum & start a thread relevant to it OofE.
