Todays, Indian Express, had a column stating that US troops have discovered that Iraqi insurgents are using drugs like adrenaline to boost them before an attack. So thats how they carry out the sucide attacks. Ha Ha...

The terrorist are not soldiers anyway. They don;t wear uniform and hence cannot be termed as soldiers as per the GC. At best theya re irregulars.

No using stimulants is not illegal to the best of my knowledge.

In WW II, before an attack a peg or two was given.
