Absolutely. I just wanted to point out that this was a such a limited, extremist fringe that its existence doesnt prove that multiculturalism in UK has failed entirely, or that in some way there was something inherently wrong with Britain that would prevent future integration. As you correctly pointed out - it will take time.

With current international events, a (hopefully) temporary hardening in Muslim attitudes (which is being fully reciprocated elsewhere in UK society) will eventually settle down.

And these nuts should be prosecuted. Although I don't agree with abortion, it is legal under the law. Killing these doctors is not legal under the law. I have never condoned these acts and never will.

True, but you said we don't allow it. There is a difference between "Dont allow the Klan to preach hate" and close monitoring. The Imans should be allowed the same. Freedom of speach doesn't mean freedom of the kind of speach we agree with.

But this goes to show that its not just muslims that are doing crap like killing people that don't agree with their beliefs.

And if you remember the mainstream christian leaders didn't call for an end of the violence (Clinics bombed and workers shot).

Yet we didn't label ALL Christians as fanatics. Why are we trying to do it with Muslims?

The French colonies in Syria and Lebanon remained under Vichy control, and were therefore open to the Nazis to do what they wished.
