Do I have the best birthdays, or WHAT?

I'll never forget where I was on my 45th, I'll tell ya that much.

I've wanted this for so long, and to actually be ON WATCH when it happened...priceless.

I'm euphoric, lads. It's the best thang I've ever gotten on my birthday.

Yep. And for this day to get any better, I'd have to go home and find a yacht in my driveway with a big satin bow on it.

He's DEAD. And I've waited for this for so long, and it's even better than I thought it would be. EUPHORIA, like I'm on the best high from free drugs.

I have been seeing on various news media that he was killed in a bombing raid, but here on Washington Post (washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/06/08/AR2006060800114.html)it says that an unnamed Iraqi Interior Ministry General says that he was lilled in a special forces raid outside Baghdad. I wonder which one it is? If he was killed in an SF raid, that would make DNA confirmation a lot easier wouldnt it?

We plan on going on the greatest almighty toot since Saddam went into the bag. CENTCOM is in an UPROAR right now, with all the Big Shots and brass and high-'n'-mighties coming in from all points of the compass. Briefing in two hours, and the colonels are sweating blood trying to get their slides done in time.

But the rest of us are grinning like mules eating briars, slapping backs, shaking hands, and behaving like frat boys that scored with the cheerleading squad.

BEST.

BIRTHDAY.

EVER.
