Personnel quality
Hello all, I am here at the Armor Conference at Fort Knox right now, and having met a fair number of foriegn officers here, I am curious about favorable and unfavorable experiences that board members have had working with or just in general regarding different armed forces.
More specifically, I'm looking at the type of people each army produces, because thus far I've gotten some very favorable impressions, and some very negative ones. |
