It's a national FM, not a comprehensive treatise on the art of war.
Even as a national treatise on many aspects of warfare it fails to explain the essential question when to enter and when to abort an unsuccessful war (if possible) and why.* It's not written for politicians the least.

It does not tell (enough) about aerial and naval warfare.

That's a FM for one specific army, not a comprehensive treatise about warfare.

I don't mean "encompasses all details" by writing "comprehensive", but "addresses all major aspects and all major challenges".

*: Almost everything else is useless and misguided if a power fails at this point.

Like I said, you have not read it, let alone understand it.

Just an FYI, it is required reading by both the Russians and the Chinese. The Chinese have their own take on their matter in their own published War Zone Campaign. Those of us who read FM 3.0 automatically understood where War Zone Campaign derived from.
