Nehru gandhi combo debilitated india
Gandhi and Godse
KR Phanda In Indian history, two Hindu leaders had changed the course of Hindu destiny for the worst. One was Raja Jaichand of Kannauj, whose treachery led to the establishment of Muslim rule in India. The other was Mahatma Gandhi, who treated India as his personal fiefdom and Hindus as his slaves. Gandhi lived and died for Muslims. He commenced his political career in India by heading the Khilafat movement which was patently an anti-national and anti-Hindu act. Before his death, he went on a fast to pressurise the Government to release Rs 55 crore to Pakistan. The Government had withheld the amount because Pakistan had invaded Kashmir. This was one of the points made by Nathuram Godse in his deposition before the court as to why he had killed the Mahatma. About 56 years ago, Mahatma Gandhi was killed by Godse, a Brahmin from Pune. Eight persons including Vinayak Savarkar, Bar-at-Law from Bombay, were charged with murder. The trial commenced in Red Fort on June 22, 1948 before Atma Charan, a senior member of the ICS. Of the eight persons charged, Savarkar was acquitted; five were awarded life sentence, and Godse and Apte were sentenced to death. Appeals against these sentences were filed before a bench comprising Justice Bhandari, Justice Achhruram and Justice GD Khosla. Justice Khosla records that normally a bench comprising of two judges is constituted to hear such appeals, but considering that a leader of the stature of Gandhi had been killed, a three-judge bench was constituted. All the accused were represented by their lawyers except Godse who was permitted to argue his appeal himself. The highlight of the appeal was the discourse delivered by Godse and reproduced by Justice Khosla in his book, The Murder of the Mahatma. This was, in fact, a part of the written statement made by Godse and reads: "In 1946 or thereabouts the Muslim atrocities perpetrated on Hindus under the Government patronage of Suhrawardy in Noakhali made our blood boil. Our shame and indignation knew no bounds, when we saw that Gandhiji had come forward to shield that very Suhrawardy and began to style him as Shaheed Saheb. Gandhiji persisted in reading passages from the Quran as a part of the prayer in that temple in spite of the protests of the Hindu worshippers. Of course, he dared not read Gita in the mosque in the teeth of Muslim opposition. But he could safely trample upon the feelings of the tolerant Hindu. To belie this belief, I determined to prove to Gandhiji that the Hindu too could be intolerant when his honour was insulted." It further reads: "Gandhiji's inner voice, his spiritual power and his doctrine of non-violence, of which so much is made of, all crumbled before Jinnah's iron will and proved to be powerless." As to the impact of Godse's defence on the audience, Mr Justice Khosla records: "The audience was visibly and audibly moved. There was a deep silence when he ceased speaking. Many women were in tears and men were coughing and searching for their handkerchiefs... I have, however, no doubt that had the audience of the day been constituted into a jury and entrusted with the task of deciding Godse's appeal, they would have brought in a verdict of not guilty by an overwhelming majority". Both Godse and Apte were executed and cremated on November 15, 1949, in a jail at Ambala. The cremation ground was ploughed up and the ashes were secretly submerged at a secluded spot in river Ghaggar, Madhya Pradesh. |

I pity you, your choice of the article shows your ideology.

It was not Gandhi that was responsible for the murder of hindus but Jinnah and the muslim league. This is going to be fun. An RSS guy to argue with. Come on lets see what you've got.

Idiots they are.
Somnath , 13 times ? Sir , i believe it was Ghazni , a total of 17 times , at various places.!!! Dont know really..... BTW Who Can touch Amarnath ? Keshto Bring it on. Good that you started a new thread. FYI Capt.Lemontree ( ) and Brig.Ray are both Christians ...They put their lifes in harms way, more than anybody else here. And that is for the country , thereby protecting his fellow countrymen. And your kind of armchair propaganda drones , did what ? I believe Jaichand too was finished off. There were these too many invasions into India. Kushanas ,Shakas , and many more , but do you find them with an individual identity today inside India ? No they have merged with the locals and after so many years , we cant differentiate |

Aftab, a local Urdu newspaper, publishes a press release issued by Hizb-ul Mujahideen, set up by the Jamaat-e-Islami in 1989 to wage jihad for Jammu and Kashmir's secession from India and accession to Pakistan, asking all Hindus to pack up and leave. Another local paper, Al Safa, repeats this expulsion order. 19/01/90: When Kashmiri Pandits fled Islamic terror
January 19, 2005 Srinagar, January 4, 1990. In the following days, there is near chaos in the Kashmir valley with Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah and his National Conference government abdicating all responsibilities of the State. Masked men run amok, waving Kalashnikovs, shooting to kill and shouting anti-India slogans. Reports of killing of Hindus, invariably Kashmiri Pandits, begin to trickle in; there are explosions; inflammatory speeches are made from the pulpits of mosques, using public address systems meant for calling the faithful to prayers. A terrifying fear psychosis begins to take grip of Kashmiri Pandits. Walls are plastered with posters and handbills, summarily ordering all Kashmiris to strictly follow the Islamic dress code, prohibiting the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks and imposing a ban on video parlours and cinemas. The masked men with Kalashnikovs force people to re-set their watches and clocks to Pakistan Standard Time. Shops, business establishments and homes of Kashmiri Pandits, the original inhabitants of the Kashmir valley with a recorded cultural and civilisational history dating back 5,000 years, are marked out. Notices are pasted on doors of Pandit houses, peremptorily asking the occupants to leave Kashmir within 24 hours or face death and worse. Some are more lucid: "Be one with us, run, or die!" * * * Srinagar, January 19, 1990. Jagmohan arrives to take charge as governor of Jammu and Kashmir. Farooq Abdullah, whose pathetic, whimpering, snivelling government has all but ceased to exist and has gone into hiding, resigns and goes into a sulk. Curfew is imposed as a first measure to restore some semblance of law and order. But it fails to have a deterrent effect. Throughout the day, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front and Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists use public address systems at mosques to exhort people to defy curfew and take to the streets. Masked men, firing from their Kalashnikovs, march up and down, terrorising cowering Pandits who, by then, have locked themselves in their homes. As evening falls, the exhortations become louder and shriller. Three taped slogans are repeatedly played the whole night from mosques: 'Kashmir mei agar rehna hai, Allah-O-Akbar kehna hai' (If you want to stay in Kashmir, you have to say Allah-O-Akbar); 'Yahan kya chalega, Nizam-e-Mustafa' (What do we want here? Rule of Shariah); 'Asi gachchi Pakistan, Batao roas te Batanev san' (We want Pakistan along with Hindu women but without their men). In the preceding months, 300 Hindu men and women, nearly all of them Kashmiri Pandits, had been slaughtered ever since the brutal murder of Pandit Tika Lal Taploo, noted lawyer and BJP national executive member, by the JKLF in Srinagar on September 14, 1989. Soon after that, Justice N K Ganju of the Srinagar high court was shot dead. Pandit Sarwanand Premi, 80-year-old poet, and his son were kidnapped, tortured, their eyes gouged out, and hanged to death. A Kashmiri Pandit nurse working at the Soura Medical College Hospital in Srinagar was gang-raped and then beaten to death. Another woman was abducted, raped and sliced into bits and pieces at a sawmill. In villages and towns across the Kashmir valley, terrorist hit lists have been floating about. All the names are of Kashmiri Pandits. With no government worth its name, the administration having collapsed and disappeared, the police nowhere to be seen, despondency sets in. As the night of January 19, 1990, wears itself out, despondency gives way to desperation. And tens of thousands of Kashmiri Pandits across the valley take a painful decision: to flee their homeland to save their lives from rabid jihadis. Thus takes place a 20th century Exodus. * * * Srinagar, January 19, 2005. There are no Kashmiri Pandits in Srinagar, or, for that matter, anywhere else in the Kashmir valley; they don't live here anymore. You can find them in squalid refugee camps in Jammu and Delhi. As many as 300,000 Kashmiri Pandits have fled their home and hearth and been reduced to living the lives of refugees in their own country. Two-thirds of them are camping in Jammu. The rest are in Delhi and in other Indian cities. Many of them, once prosperous and proud of their rich heritage, now live in grovelling poverty, dependent on government dole and charity. In these 15 years, an entire generation of exiled Kashmiri Pandits has grown up, without seeing the land from where their parents fled to escape the brutalities of Islamic terrorism, a land they dare not return to, although that land still remains a part of their country. A large number of them are suffering from a variety of stress and depression related diseases. A group of doctors who surveyed the mental and physical health of the Kashmiri Pandits living in refugee camps, found high incidence of 'economic distress, stress induced diabetes, partial lunacy, hypertension and mental retardation.' Statistics reflect high death rate and low birth rate among the Kashmiri Pandit refugees. And thereby hangs a tragic tale that has been all but wiped out from public memory. An entire people have been uprooted from the land of their ancestors and left to fend for themselves as a weak-kneed Indian state shamelessly panders to Islamic terrorists and separatists who claim they are the final arbiters of Jammu and Kashmir's destiny. A part of India's cultural heritage has been destroyed; a chapter of India's civilisational history has been erased. Had this tragedy occurred elsewhere in Hindu majority India, and had the victims been Muslims, we would have described it as 'ethnic cleansing' and 'genocide.' We would have made films with horror-inducing titles. We would have filed cases in the Supreme Court of India. Our media would have marshalled remarkable rage in reporting the smallest detail. But, this tragedy has occurred in Muslim majority Kashmir valley, and the victims are all Hindus, that too Pandits. What has been lost is part of India's Hindu culture, what has been erased is integral to India's Hindu civilisation. Therefore, the government makes bold to record that the Kashmiri Pandits have "migrated on their own" and their 'displacement (is) self-imposed;' the National Human Rights Commission, after a perfunctory inquiry, refuses to concede that what has happened is 'genocide' or 'ethnic cleansing,' though facts add up to no less than that, never mind that 300,000 lives have been destroyed. And, our jhola-wallah brigade of secular activists rudely turn up their noses to the plight of Kashmiri Pandits: Hindu sorrow, inflicted by Islamic terror, stinks. Today, on January 19, the 15th anniversary of the forced flight of Kashmiri Pandits, look back at India's wretched history of secular politics and consider the terrible price the nation has paid at the altar of appeasement because the Indian State has, and continues to, toe the line of least resistance. Reflect. Resolve. React. Next week: The Kashmiri Pandits' living nightmare. ALSO READ: Pandits will return on their own terms Are we now a nation of shameless people? http://us.rediff.com/news/2005/jan/19kanch.htm Where is my p-sec ruling alliance? Where is the p-sec media? Where are the p-sec socialites and self proclaimed activists?! An entire community displaced from their homeland for more than 15 years and no body yet dares to call this a blot on the secular fabric of India ... because it is the Hindus?? where is shabana, teesta ,why hasnt that moron anand patwardhan made a film on this ?? ,where is HR commission ?? the pandit cleansing has patterns very similar to the Nazis' ,very gory details, the pandits are the locals of Kashmir,in fact if you study kashmirs history for past few hundred years it was all hindu and only under some despot people were forced to convert, not to mention the sacrifice of the great sikh guru teghbahadur who gave up his life for the pandits. |

Then there are people who dont mind converting, because to change a religion is changing their clothes. |

Your version of MMA? All religious political groups will ruin governance if they were given a freehand. Christians, Hindus and we Muslims alike...
Btw, if you'd stop reading hate sites and actually open up encyclopedias and read books not quotes from hindu extremist sites, you'll learn a great deal about Gandhi. Did it ever occur to you, his Muslim love was a power political tool for Hindustan? No wait, Bharat? They even got the name changed to Bharat, to be the country's official name post-Independence. The more he posed a friend of the Muslims the harder it got for a pork eating, wine drinking, secularist Jinnah. Remember the major party that makes the MMA (its a union), was opposed to the creation of Pakistan, since it felt, they can take over India one fine day if they stay united. They probably still do, sigh. Gandhi is often mis-understood as a pacifist. You know Jinnah broke off from the congress because of disapproval of Gandhi's politics? Before that Jinnah was nicked "The greatest Ambassador for Hindu-Muslim unity". |

QUOTE: Today many Hindus are angry with Gandhi for not being firm against the Muslims and allowing Pakistan to separate. But I believe this is very unfair judgment against Mahatama Gandhi. The blame should not be placed on Gandhi. There was nothing that he could do to keep India together. To hold Gandhi responsible for the separation of Pakistan from India is like blaming Dr. Bakhtiar for letting Khomeini take over Iran. This blame rests on the shoulders of Jinah and the racist mentality that Islam inculcates in its victims. It is Islam that indoctrinates its believers to consider themselves “pak” clean and the unbelievers “najes” filthy. It is Islam that cannot tolerate people of other religions. Jinah was not a religious man but he used religion as an excuse for his separatists ambition. Gandhi could do nothing vis-à-vis this much religious hate. The great master tried his best and he even praised Muhammad to ebb the animosity of the Muslims. But Islamic hate is too strong to be subdued by love. Gandhi was unable to stop that much hate. You cannot win a Muslim by love. Once a person becomes a Muslim he loses his humanity; his reason is gone; his sense of justice is vanished; his heart becomes full of hate. He thinks of killing the unbelievers; he despises people who are not Muslims and hate consumes his being. Today the Hindus of India blame Gandhi for caving in to the Muslims, which at the end, as they claim, cost more lives. What could Gandhi possibly have done? Should he have brought tanks and gunned down the Muslim separatists? Would this have subdued their hate? Would this have stopped them from wanting to have their own country? Of course not! Recall what General Yahya Khan did in Bangladesh. He invaded that country (then called East Pakistan) when Mujib al Rahman from Awami League of Bangladesh won the election. 90,000 Pakistani solders took the country, massacred 3,000,000 Bengali civilians, mostly intellectuals and raped up to 250,000 women. This rape was sanctioned by a leading Mullah of Pakistan by the authority of what Quran teaches to do with the non-Muslim women captured in war. Avami League was declared un-Islamic and therefore the killing spree and rape was licensed. Did this stop Bangladesh from getting her independence? Force is never the answer. Gandhi could do nothing to stop the disintegration of his country. The disease was already advanced. The disintegration of India was inevitable. Islam is a disease that destroys everything. It devastates lives and tears apart families and nations. The hatred of the unbelievers is encouraged in Quran. A Muslim is not even allowed to pray for his own father and mother if they do not believe in that cult 9:23. Wherever Islam goes the disintegration of that country follows. This disease must be stopped before it spreads. Now we know what to do. We have to eradicate this deadly disease and destroy Islam. Taslima Nasrin said that fundamentalism is a poisonous branch shooting from the trunk of Islam. Until the trunk is alive it will keep growing poisonous branches. The solution is to cut the tree. You fight against fundamentalism in one place and ten more fundamentalists and terrorist movements shoot out in other places. The world must realize that Islam IS fundamentalism. It IS terrorism. You cannot fight against Islamic fundamentalism and Islamic terrorism without fighting against Islam itself. According to the western etiquette, it is not politically correct to criticize people’s beliefs. This may work in the West. But Islam is a totally different animal. You have to deal with Islam according to its own standards. The standards of Islam are intolerance of other beliefs. If we want to stop fundamentalism, the Talibans, the Hamas, the Hezbollahis and Islamic terrorism in Philippines, East Timor, Kashmir, Turkey, Egypt, Africa, USA and anywhere else, we have to kill Islam. We have to aim our darts at the heart of Islam. We have to attack Muhammad and destroy the credibility of Quran Allahu akbar Fatehmolla |
