Itchy trigger finger. I like it and staying with the western theme I wonder if there might be a hangin' come sunrise one day for the Hole in the Mouth Gang...

John Kelly leaving as WH Chief of Staff by the end of the year.

So, just one adult left in this dumpster fire of an "administration": SecDef James Mattis. Will he last until 2020?

However the more immediate question is, who will be the new permanent Chief of Staff? Obviously Martin Bormann isn't readily available at the moment, so my money is on either Alex Jones or Richard Spencer.

    Takers? Anyone?

Wooed by Saudis, Kushner became influential friend

It's unethical that a President and his family runs the WH. I have a bad feeling how this will end.

    Huh?

Every president's family runs the WH, it is their residence after all. Maybe you mean the executive branch... Kennedy made his brother attorney general.

    Yeah.

I'd like to think Kennedy was popular, but the current President is not. Apart from that, he's got temperamental issues. He doesn't read any briefings as told by Tillerson recently. The democrats will be looking out for that smoking gun and impeach him, the Republicans won't say anything to not let public support wither away, and the President will go down with his family. I still don't understand if he's got the mental capacity of a 4 year old. WTF he has to use Twitter? Why does he involve his family? Why can't he maintain some decorum. Nobody likes everybody, but people in important offices don't start yelling. There's a definite way to let people go and bring like-minded people in, and that doesn't include using Twitter or using profanities later. It can be done quietly and nicely. He has definitely forged his tax documents, has paid off pornstars and what not. Why not stay humble and off the radar? Why make enemies? But no, he's a showman. He likes the stage.

Having said that, I think his FP is going in the right direction as far as I'm concerned. He wants to punish China, isolate Iran and forgive Russia. But he's got to learn acting with finesse. Money can't buy that for him.

Kushner is part of the 'deal of the century'. Trump has a plan for the ME. Unite the Sunnis more than is the case presently.

People go on about sunni shia but the sunni sunni divide is a liability that has got to be fixed if there is to be some what of a balance in the ME

Get the Saudis & other gulf countries together with Israel. Use this to fix the Pal problem by getting Saudis to coax Pals into it.

Israel & Pal peace = deal of the century

Now Saudis in the dock after Khashoggi affair, get Saudis to pull out of Yemen, help out in Syria and with the Pals.

Saudis & Emiratis already brokered the cease fire between Eithiopia & Eritrea recently.

Present united Sunni + Israeli front to Iran

Sanction Iran in all ways possible to make them come to the table

    Mission accomplished!

Carl Bernstein: 'Donald Trump For The First Time In His Life Is Cornered'

President Donald Trump is used to avoiding accountability. Whether in his past business life or his current political one, there is always something or someone else to blame. But now that special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation is closing in, legendary journalist Carl Bernstein says Trump may finally have to face the music.

“Donald Trump for the first time in his life is cornered,” Bernstein told host Brian Stelter on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” Sunday morning.

“As a businessman, he always could bully his way out of a corner,” Bernstein said. “He always could buy his way out, cheat his way out. He is boxed in by Mueller, and the people around him know that he is.”

Mueller and federal prosecutors in New York released documents Friday that implicate Trump in at least one crime. Specifically, they believe that he directed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to break campaign finance laws by paying off two women he’d had affairs with ― porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal ― in an effort to protect his presidential bid.

“It’s clear that Mueller is now connecting the dots between a massive obstruction intended to hide the truth about the Trump campaign, Trump, his business organization, and his family from the investigators,” Bernstein said. Link

Yep, been saying this for quite a while now.

I think we're seeing the beginning of the end of the Trump regime.
He had a really good ride but he took one fatal step too far.

Kennedy made his brother the Attorney General, with the advice and consent of the US Senate.

So, Nick Ayers emerges as a contender for 'smartest person in the Trump Administration'. The delicious irony is that Trump was insisting on a 2 year commitment. Oh dear.
