In Moscow, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the U.S. administration's move has "crossed a line."

"Washington has sought to cast itself as a 'mediator,'" he said in a statement. "It's not a mediator. It's an accomplice in fueling a war."
As opposed to the men and matériel that the Kremlin keeps pumping into the region?

Strategically worthless. The Ukraines need Generals more than they need JAVELINS. The Russians have been supplying Army Level HQs and that is an advantage that a few JAVELINS would not overcome.

Ukraines are happy that Trump is supportive. Earlier they really thought they lost everything when Trump won

It's a tactical disadvantage for the Russians. They would have to spend doing reccee and tasking DAG fire.

But then, that is the HQ's job to make sure these taskings are done.
