    Lack of training + overworked = disaster. In this case, most likely an inability do decide quickly enough how to avoid a colision.

    I missed this earlier, but the Navy will use a heavy lift ship to move the MCCAIN from Singapore to Yokosuka for further damage assessment. Same company that was contracted to move the FITZ.
