Thanks for linking to the reports. The last one, despite the typical dry government-ese language, provides a harrowing account of the Sailors trying to leave a rapidly flooding space. Makes you proud how they calmly exited the space, helping each other out. It is amazing that many made it out with the amount of flooding and how quickly their berthing space flooded. My heart goes out to them and their families.

The $250 million estimate sounds less than I would of expected for a DDG... stand by for "change orders"
