Love the french system - it's great at keeping the crazies out
She'll get around 35-40% in the second round most likely.

Gee, for some reason only British media (... across the board) carry news of those supposed riots. And they all use the same pictures that RT published first. For which RT simply reused pictures from actual riots yesterday.

Also, this is Europe. It wouldn't be Europe if there wasn't rioting. We're not some pansies like across the pond who just moan about results.

You are worse. Your rioting powers declined in the past decades.

              Congratulations.

Europe has more fucked up and bigger moaners than across the pond.

Surely Le Pen is either your first choice or last choice? Hard to see how people who voted Fillon, Melancon or Hamon in the first round would vote for Le Pen in the 2nd?

Even her father managed to increase his vote count by 15% over his first round result in 2002, and he was a lot more ostracized than his daughter.

Interesting how Macron is depicted as the voice of Hope and Le Pen as the voice of Anger. How about Macron is the voice of Naive delusional stupidity and Le Pen is the voice of the people who are fed up with listening to Naive delusional stupidity.

The area across the border from here is a rural backwater with dieing villages. And it's not like they vote any different on this side of the Rhine. We have areas where the AfD scored 30-40% in the last election.

Macron pulled ahead of Le Pen at the 76% vote count point, and now at 77% is already 0.23% ahead.

                                Edit: 0.40% at 78%
