    USS Missouri to get superstructure work

    Mildly surprised she needs that much work already. Before they did the dry docking a few years ago, she already had scaffolding around the superstructure and was covered up. I assumed she was being sand blasted and repainted behind all that. I guess not.

    Not surprising to me. On the Iowa, we are still finding acres of plating needing to be replaced because of the poor "abandonment" when she was left to wallow in Rhode Island.

    Also the Missouri people have already made contact with me so I'm helping out as much as I can.
    Able to leap tall tales in a single groan.
