Is the Army allowed to use hollowpoints?
I have no insight on the P320. Our overlords in Kommiefornia has determined that this pistol is unsafe for us peons to use. Only our esteemed and highly trained state security force is allowed to purchase this dangerous piece of machinery.
Besides, if I wanted a striker fired pistol, I would stick to a Glock or Springfield XD.

I'm pretty sure hollow points are issued at limited quantities, as terrorists are not legal combatants under the Hague. MPs probably have them too.
