            Russian Tourist Visa Including Voucher

The Lowest Price Guaranteed! You will not find a cheaper option, unless you DIY

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUR RUSSIAN TOURIST VISA
Russian tourist visa is a document which allows foreign nationals to travel to Russia as tourists. Russian tourist visas are offered as
single entry - visiting Russia only once during a period of up to 30 days or
double entry - for two entries within a period of up to 30 days
Please note that Russian tourist visas are issued for the exact period of time which cannot exceed 30 days, cannot be extended and cannot be obtained at the border either. A tourist visa is best when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying in Russia and you plan to stay in the country not more than 30 days.

            TRAVELLING TO CRIMEA
If you are planning to visit Crimea, you will need to have a valid Russian visa. If you are going to Crimea as a tourist, a standard Russian tourist visa will be sufficient. Most likely you will be travelling to Crimea by air via Moscow. This is not counted as a double entry as you are not leaving the Russian territory. We will issue all required paperwork for your visa.

            OUR PRICES VERSUS DIY
We guarantee the lowest price for our visa service as we have been dealing with Russian visas for over 10 years now and have high volume operations. We also include a tourist voucher – a required document to get your visa – free of charge with our visa service.

Our service fee included in the price is about £47. You can obviously do your Russian visa yourself and pay £88 to the consulate, however on top you will need to purchase a tourist voucher (standard price £20) or spend some time trying to get it from your hotel. And then not being sure if all your application paper work is properly completed. Effectively you will be paying us ONLY £27 on top of the consular charge – a fair price for removing any unnecessary stress and a potential second visit to the visa centre.

            REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Original passport Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months after your intended departure from Russia.
Visa application form The form must be completed online now. Once you have ordered your Russian tourist visa through our company you will receive a detailed guidance how to complete the forms.
Colour photo 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm taken against a light background (white or off - white), UK standard passport photo will be sufficient.
            View photo specification.
Visa support document If you do not have a tourist voucher (official tourist confirmation document from a travel agency or a hotel in Russia) our company will assist with the visa support. The price of the visa support document is included in our visa fees detailed below.
            Non UK – nationals
UK residence permit (EU passport, work permit/visa)
proof of address in the UK (recent utility bill, bank statement, letter from your employer confirming your employment in the UK)
travel insurance certificate valid for the whole period of stay in Russia. No travel insurance is required for UK passport holders. Arrange travel insurance online.
            Company director, self employed,
            unemployed
bank statements for the last three months showing a positive balance on your account based on £100 per each day of your stay in Russia.
Children application Please see below for additional documents when applying for children under 18 years old.

APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
If a child has a passport, he / she needs to obtain a visa. There are additional requirements for children under 18 years old when applying for the Russian visa and depend on who they are submitting their applications with and who they will be travelling to Russia with. There is no need to notarise any documents.
Applying and travelling with a parent of the same surname - no additional documents are required. No consent or additional documents will be required from the other parent.
Applying and travelling with a parent of a different surname - a copy of child’s birth certificate is required. If there is a difference between parent’s surname in the child’s birth certificate and parent’s passport (e.g. due to divorce) a copy of the parent’s marriage and divorce certificate is required. Applicants must prove connection between child’s and parent’s surname.
Applying and travelling either alone or not with parents –
            copies of both parents’ passports
a signed copy of parental permission letter (from both parents)
a copy of child’s birth certificate
a copy of accompanying person’s passport with a valid Russian visa (if travelling with someone else).
Processing time is calculated from the day you arrive at the visa centre to provide biometric data.

I suppose it will be the same from most countries

            HOW IT WORKS:
All applicants over the age of 12 applying for the Russian visa in the UK are required to provide their fingerprints in one of the Russian Visa Centres (in Edinburgh, Manchester or London). Currently, normal hours for submitting the fingerprints/application are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3pm. Normally, there is NO need for prior appointments. The fingerprinting and the submission of your visa application documents has to be done at the same time. In brief, at the time of submitting your fingerprints you will need to present the following: a) your passport, b) the Russian visa application form, c) the "invitation letter", d) a passport photo, e) any other supporting documents that the Russian consulate may request. The fingerprinting takes just a few minutes to complete.

NB: The Russian consulates and the Russian visa centres in the UK will be closed for the annual Russian public holidays between the 31st December 2016 and 9th of January 2017. Please take this into consideration when applying for your visa.

It's easy to apply, just follow these steps:

STEP 1 - Obtain the official "Invitation Letter".
Whether you are going on business or as a tourist, in order to apply for a Russian visa, you will need to present a document called "the letter of invitation" (also known as "confirmation/voucher/visa support documents"). This document is essential in order to obtain your Russian visa. "Invitation letters" for tourist visas can be issued by an accredited and duly registered travel agents like us; we can provide your tourist invitation letter by email on the same day when necessary. For business visas, a "business letter of invitation" from the Russian Federal Migration Service (FMS) is required - we will make an application on your behalf, and once the "invitation" is issued we will email it to you (for short visas), or we will courier you the original watermarked paper FMS document (for 1-year multiple-entry visas).
To order visa invitation/visa supporting documents Click here. After receiving the visa support/"invitation letter" from us, please return to this page and complete the steps below:

STEP 2 - Complete the Russian Visa Application Form.
Click here to start your Russian Embassy Visa Application Form: Russian Visa Application form.
NB: During the completion you will be asked to provide the 'Name of organisation/reference number/confirmation number': These details are unique to every "visa invitation letter", you will receive them from us. When all information is complete, print the form, sign it and attach your photograph. DO NOT make any handwritten corrections on the form. The Russian Consulate has strict policies on the format and presentation of the visa application form, your application will be turned down if the form is incorrectly filled in or presented. If you ordered the visa support/invitation letter from us, we will check your application form free of charge to ensure that your visa application goes as smoothly as possible - simply email it to us for checking. If you find the form too difficult to complete, please let us know. We can complete it for you for a fee of £40 (including VAT).

STEP 3 - Prepare your passport + 1 passport photo.
Once the form is completed, please make sure that you also have the following ready:

            • Passport - must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the expiry date of the visa.

            • One passport photo, glued to the visa application form. The photo should be taken against a light background (white or off-white), with your full face, without sunglasses, a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.

            • For business visas only: a covering letter of introduction on company headed paper from the company you are going on behalf of (not the inviting Russian company), confirming the applicants position within the company and briefly outlining travel/business intentions within Russia.

            FINAL STEP
Once all of the above is ready, please take your visa application (including the "letter of invitation") to the nearest Russian Visa Application centre and submit it at the same time as you submit your fingerprints. Currently, normal hours for submitting the fingerprints/application are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3pm (please check this with the appropriate visa centre). You will need to pay the Russian Embassy visa fees at the time of the acceptance of your visa application. The Embassy fees vary depending on the type of visa and your nationality, as an example, single-entry entry visa fees currently stand at £88.40 for UK passport holders.

Once you submit your fingerprints/visa application, it usually takes between 1 and 6 working days for the Russian Embassy to issue your visa. Please note, normally you do not have to collect your visa from the Visa application centre in person. Your passport/visa can be returned to you by post if you ask for it.
