    This was a conscious restructuring by Iran as a whole. Still a work in progress, but they have a routine rotation in place at this point. Main reason for this is that IRGCN platforms are more suited to AG, whereas the IRIN operates platforms are better suited to SOH gatekeeper ops (even if they aren't combatants) There wasn't really any pushing. While it is true that the IRGCN are to the IRIN as the USMC is to the USN (), they know their place...They may still try to pull some moronic stunts during a SOH XSIT, but they don't push the envelope too far...or we have just gotten accustomed to theatrics.
