With crude oil prices down to 30$, does this have any effect on natural gas prices? And what effects are there if any on the profits or losses from this deal? Any idea?

WTI Crude hit $40 per barrel today for the first time since December but in general the lower the market price the higher the relative price of constructing new pipelines.
