I got back late last night. I hunted solo so there was no one around to take a picture. I might get one or two of it hanging. Mule deer, forked horn. he was standing up hill from me and behind a log. I hit him high on the shoulder and into the base of the neck, taking out his spine. He dropped like a sack of potatoes. I had to drag him a half mile(downhill) then a a quarter mile behind my 4Runner until I could find a tree so I could hoist him up and on top of the 4 runner. Tagged him in the lull of the storm and got him back to camp just as the storm was picking up. Very windy and rainy. Perfect weather for my SA58. Saw a few trees drop. There were a lot of hunters out but few would leave the roads. Kind of sad and disappointing.
