There's no 'crosseye' technique available to the Sorbitsyja. One pod listens, the other emits.
The information regarding AIM-7M/H is not correct either. The AIM-7F had signal strength limitations, the latest M/H models had data-link, just like an AMRAAM and could be employed at further distances (aerodynamic range up to some 60nm).

The Eritrean-Ethiopean conflict is not useful since there are no credible reports, and pilot quality is in question.
The 'mock combat' between Su-27's and F-15's never happened, and if you are seriously presenting a Su-27 escaping a saddled up F-15 without afterburner, you're going to lose your credibility.

And that's all I noticed in 10 minutes.

As an additional technical note, the F-15A/C can hit M2.5 in straight and level flight with both the -100 and -220 engines. With the -100 the VMax is required, which can use up the engine. The -220 is built out of tougher materials and is thus 'VMax on' all the time, and can be tuned to suit whatever the aircraft needs to do. FYI, NASA has flown their F-15B to M2.69.

You mentioned that the Su-27 was more aerodynamically advanced ... except it isn't. The F-15, like the Flanker, made trade-offs for particular performance gains. Sukhoi wanted more turning, MD wanted more acceleration. And just to give you an additional clue here: The USAF isn't upgrading the F-15 engines past -229's because they do not need to. These engines can be tuned up to deliver 25000lbs of bench thrust, which is about as much as the Flanker's engines ... on a lighter plane.
