Kato,
From what my trustee FM 101-10-1/2 Staff officers' field manual organizational, technical and logistical data planning factors (volume 2) tells me (took a trip to the garage!) in an M119 battery there are 2 HMMWVs per gun section. In these 2 HMMWVs they have the crew and 42 rounds of 105mm ammo plus fuzes.
So per battery that is 8 guns and and 16 HMMWVs. In addition each battery has an ammo section with 4 5 ton MTVs with trailers which can carry another 200 rounds per vehicle.
While the 5 ton MTVs are not sling loadable the firing sections and FDC are and ammo resupply can take place using A22 & sling bags (20 rounds per).
Hope that answers the question!
