    War Crimes Justice

Federal USA and Netanyahu's Israel believe they are not to be held responsible, but it is not necessary for a state to have had admitted the ICC jurisdiction in order for its personnel to be held accountable for committed war crimes on a territory under ICC jurisdiction

No sovereignty may justify war crimes against International law and there should be no doubt that, as far as it is used to prevent legitimate prosecution and trial, both the federal USA and Netanyahu's Israel are going to get justice

Seems the ICC is SOL. Judging by List of international prime ministerial trips made by Benjamin Netanyahu - Wikiped, no one is arresting Netanyahu. I've heard talk since the march to Baghdad that Bush Jr and Rumsfeld were going to be tried by NATO allies with ICC jurisdiction. Those NATO allies change their laws real quick to prevent such a thing.

Private citizens have brought forward court cases in those countries but good luck in getting a court date with the defendants present. Netenyahu, Bush Jr, Rumsfeld, or whomever you want to name ain't obligated to show up.

So what? The US, Russia, and China don't recognize the ICC. They can go pound sand as far as these three is concerned.

See the map at ICC wiki source. Europe, incl. UK; Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the entire South America, Mexico, half of Africa .. And you say you are Canadian, do you

Matters squat all. Canada cannot and will not prosecute the US, Russia, nor China on ICC crimes and frankly neither will anyone else.

Let those convicted of war crimes in due process go to Canada and we'll see. One must be really a Flinstone character to claim such International institution is /quote/ "kangaroo court". I know how often it's necessary to have mass protests and violence in America to get uniformed murderers to justice

Well, since no one has convicted nor even arrested Netanyahu, George Bush Jr, nor Rumsfeld ... nor Putin on the UKR and Xi on Tibet, I don't think they're scared one single bit to visit Canada

Seems someone here is a Barney Rubble character screaming about ICC kangaroos ... and it ain't Netanyahu, Bush Jr, Rumsfeld, Putin, nor Xi.

But you see it is not at Washington already to have a leading role of global community ever since. And there are no grounds to judge against Russia and China while being the same along international criminal lines. Russian and Chinese personnel, of course, are also to be prosecuted when there is enough evidence of committed crimes under ICC jurisdiction. As of crime-ministerial level it is clear Netanyahu keeps his power with more and more violations of International law. And there are no doubts of where this is going to lead

Again, who cares. Washington DC is sanctioning the ICC and the ICC can do dick all to respond.

ICC judgement has already been filed against Russia for Crimea and Tibet for China. Just a bunch of paper that is more worthless than toilet paper.

As evidenced by List of international prime ministerial trips made by Benjamin Netanyahu - Wikipedia, no one cares enough to arrest him, let alone try him.

Don't really know where you're going with this. The ICC ain't going to touch Netanyahu no matter how much you wanted so. The evidence is staring right at you in the face. No country is intereseted in arresting him, let alone try him for the ICC.

I strongly suspect Amnesty, with ties to PETA, Greenpeace, and the Indian veg foundation.

Exactly. Again, the guilt of several criminals is taken to federal level by people who don't care

Are you that dense? The ICC can't even legally protect itself against US sanctions and no one, not even France, is doing squat to stop the US, let alone punish the US.

The ICC is 100% toothless against the big boys. Hell, it's even toothless against the middle powers. Canadian General Lewis MacKenzie, hell even CANBAT itself had been accused of war crimes by the Serbs and the Croats. Ottawa ignored it and the ICC CANNOT even investigate the allegations.

You are really dense if you think anyone cares about what the ICC says or do. It's only power is NATO and what NATO says goes, NOT the other way around. Guess who is top dog in NATO. It ain't the ICC head judge.

Justice is neglected and disrespected by many until it comes. The International Criminal Court is not a temporary tribunal

Sure, a toothless tiger is really good for display but it ain't scaring no one and it hell ain't scaring Netanyahu. You did notice that Netanyahu did visit the Netherlands in 2016, home of the ICC and guess what? Zilch, Nadda, Crap All, zero, kaputs. The ICC did absolute squat with Netanyahu on its doorsteps.

Wake up and smell the coffee. NATO is not willing to goto war to arrest Netanyahu or anyone else in the US, Russia, or China.
