  • Advice on PLC + general military fitness

    I'm working toward acing the marine corps physical fitness test so I can go with an air contract as a back up to afrotc. The 18:00 minute run and 100 sit ups/ crunches/ curl ups/ man ups whatever they are called in corps is not an obstacle. However I spend a lot of the time behind the controls of whatever I happen to flying/driving/riding/typing and it shows. To the point where 40 push ups is tough (working on getting to 100) and a pull up is entirely out of the question. What is the best way to do well on the upper body stuff or can I just carry with my current performance. Best way to start pull ups? A workout plan? Searched. Any info on PLC + marine corps aviation would be
