    Former Libyan Minister of Justice-Gaddifi personally ordered Lockerbie bombing

    According to a former Libyan Minister of Justice under Gaddifi. The Libyan dictator personally ordered the December 1988 bombing of Pan Am 103, which exploded over the town of Lockerbie Scotland in December of 1988 killing all on board and nearly a dozen people on the ground. The bombing of Pan Am 103 is also considered the most deadly terrorist attack in the history of the UK, and the deadliest committed against the US before 9/11.

    The Justice Minister also claims that the release of former Libyan intelligence agent Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahl on compassionate release from a UK prison was an attempt by Gaddifi to further cover up any personal connections to the 1988 terrorist attack.
