  • Global income comparisons

A pretty cool chart that graphs income levels of four countries by ventile against the world income percentiles. As a comparison, the lowest American ventile is greater than the highest Indian ventile. The figures are adjusted for PPP.

This inequality in income and wealth distribution is the major cause of unrest in the world as world's dominant powers are taking the wealth the developing nations by force and hence the conflict between them is inevitable.I don't understand one thing that why these terrorist nations like USA, UK,Israel And other NATO countries consider that this is their world and they can take anything what ever they want and from where ever they want.

I pulled the graphic from somewhere else, but the software program is Stata. It's the leading statistical analysis package used by economists.

Anarchists, anti-globalists, communists, socialists, and malcontents like to attack the affluent rather than better themselves. Hard work is just too much trouble.

Are you confusing wanting the wealthy to pay in taxes what they did till they recieved temporary taxcuts with not wanting them to be rich? I mean by that logic republicans wanting to roll the taxcut on social security taxes back means they hate working people.

Why be rich when you can live off the rich?

Comparing incomes is often a fools errand.

Compare not incomes but quality of life.

That will give you a better picture of how those economies are doing, I suspect.
