    JAS demands Hayat’s sacking

LAHORE: The Jamaat Ahle Sunnat (JAS) has demanded the immediate removal of federal minister for Northern Areas and Kashmir, Faisal Saleh Hayat, for “recommending sectarian appointments in Northern Areas”.

During a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Sunday, Hafiz Ahmed Buksh, a JAS leader, demanded that Hayat be removed from office and called upon the prime minister and president to appoint a “neutral” person in his place. “Hayyat has recommended the name of Muzaffar Ali for appointment as chief judge for Northern Areas,” he said. “Ali is a former official of a sectarian student organisation and is wanted by the police in a number of cases. His appointment would compromise the security of others sects in the area.”

“Law and order cannot be maintained in the Northern Areas unless Hayat is removed,” said Buksh. He said that the Sunnis in the Northern Areas were fighting for the solidarity of Pakistan while the Shias there were secretly conspiring to separate from the country.

He demanded that a parliamentary committee be formed to investigate sectarian clashes in the Northern Areas. staff report

So only the Sunnis are "neutral".

What justice! Kick the Shias in their own homes!
