      Cool thread, grossie!

Just so happens I just came back (an hour ago) from a three days road trip and some of the songs I listened to are:

      Don Henley
      -Boys of Summer-

      Eagles
      -Take it Easy-

      Eagles
      -Already Gone-

      Eddie Rabbit
      -Driving My Life Away

      CCR
      -Bad Moon Rising-

      Shriekback
      -The big Hush-

      Shivaree
      -Goodnight Moon-

I'm with S-2 on this one. Doesn't have to be a head-banger, balls to the wall kinda song. It could be a melancholy slow song with deep meaning but when the mood to go fast hits me, I listen to songs like:

      Joan Jett

      -Bad Reputation-

      Fire Inc.
-Tonight is what it means to be young-

(No, diane Lane does not sings this song and sorry for the bad quality)

      Fire Inc.
      -Nowhere Fast-

(Yes, also from the movie 'Streets of Fire)

(Ok, so the last two songs are corny but they are perfect driving music)

      Def Leppard

      -Pour some sugar on me-

              BR,

actually, i´m in the fast tempo crowd, somehow focuses me more. Better if they are the tunes that i know from heart, again, not to lose focus.

basicly 90% of the stuff i post on Music-thread, applies here too...

              but

              of course there is

              THE ultimate driving song

and the ultimate mating song, by the same guys

you can thank me after your next date, basically you can apply both songs in succession
              :))

                Best driving song ever:

"There is never enough time to do or say all the things that we would wish. The thing is to try to do as much as you can in the time that you have. Remember Scrooge, time is short, and suddenly, you're not there any more." -Ghost of Christmas Present, Scrooge

I have been hammered by allergies since the sun finally made its appearance and I dropped the ball. Good catch. Thanks.

Well, at least the Red Sox swept the Dodgers right after that.

Congrats....and I think this was their last chance.
