Hopefully someone can answer this question for me, as the ITAR Compliance "Expert" within the company hadnt got a clue!!!!!
Here is the situation:
A huge part of what I do is providing supplemental training and guidance to both Operator and Maintenance Personnel on a certain piece of equipment. This information is usually "Lessons learned, tips and tricks to do things better etc" All stuff that is not in existing Tech Manuals. Now here is the question that I have. "When the personnel I am trainig or teaching within the US Military are NOT US citizens, am I commiting an ITAR Violation?"
Regards
Arty
