Add to this stress, fatigue and miscommunications and human error.

Machine: Armor, Technology (Radars) FC, Ease and speed of loading mechanisms, Manuvering, Speed, Quality of build and Construction.

Moment: Detection,Tracking, Sight checking, Communications Relaying, Firing, Reloading as per firing cycle, Firing and reloading as trained.
Factor: TIME!
