Just a brief informational post on the recent WAB downtime - all of which have been unrelated.
Last week WAB was migrated to a new server. Due to the very large size of the database the import/export took around 8 hours. The site was in 'offline' mode to prevent things becoming out of sync during this period.
Yesterday it appears the DNS service was being attacked. This resulted in a few hours of downtime. A redundant DNS setup has not yet been configured for WAB but will be soon.
Today PHP and MySQL were migrated to newer versions to increase performance and reliability. This caused a '500 error' to be shown.
Hopefully we should not see any further problems!
Thank you for your patience.
