China charts course toward secure South China Sea

I found this PRC's official article very annoying.

It sometimes takes years for countries to release Chinese fishermen arrested in disputed waters - and boats and fishing equipment are often not returned.

The latest such incident happened on June 20 when Indonesia seized 75 Chinese fishermen and eight vessels that originated in Beihai, the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
PRC said Chinese fishermen were in their "traditional fishing area". China is applying fishing ban to its water. What are they doing in Indonesian water? Two weeks ago 2 Vietnam navy transport ships had to chase 5 Chinese fishing ships out of our water. They only left after 1 hour confrontation. Photo is shown in attached. Enough for environment protection or?

However, he pointed out that China usually does not detain foreign fishermen who invade its waters. It elects instead to educate, warn or drive out those who illegally fish in its waters, he said.
It is a lie. Every year there are many fishermen from Vietnam detained by PRC Navy and sea police. Currently there are still 12 of them being held from last month. Vietnam government has issued an order that arrested fishermen are not allowed to pay fine by themselves but have to report to the government. Society is also calling government to treat invading foreign fisher ships more strictly.
