  • Posting problems

    Mods,

    There is something wrong.

I get double posts and so does OoE!

I cant post a new thread since it gives the statement:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes) in /home/forum/public_html/includes/functions_search.php on line 197

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks

        Ray Reply

I had the same issue yesterday. Your in-box, while often full, is NOT the problem. Mine is kept near empty and I, too, experienced the same message while trying to link the O'Hanlon article to my IRAQ post.

It was a tedious bummer to massage the system into accepting the link.

          Fellow members,

The problem has been brought to the attention of the techs and is currently being troubleshooted.

Sorry Martin, you'll have to build up your posts like everyone else. Only 4,937 to go....;)

                  I wish I had the time :-(.

The problem should be sorted - but let me know if the issue crops up again.
