How would you recommend eliminating electrostatic interaction as the cause?

So you have explored no other explanations and just believe the first thing you're told? very scientific.

So these aren't experiments and as a demonstration, show that nothing measurable is happening.

why don't you just try them for your self. do this experement; put you hand over steaming water close your eyes, and think of it as hypnosis,or you dont trust your sences.i saw straw move i dont need any masurments to concure it,about statick;that is why there has to be some water in the jar.(i don,t think you read the article cerefully,i didnt do them to impress you or masure anything ,i had question for myself; does it extist or not. i got my answer, you don't belive me or author, try them yourself but read article again thoroghly.
p.s. author didn't try IR photografy i should try that may be it will show something.

I've done this before and noted nothing inexplicable to science.

the straw moving tells you nothing more than that the straw moved. If I am the supreme ruler of the universe, the sun will rise in the East tomorrow. Try this experiment. Watch the east. If the sun rises, it proves I'm the supreme ruler of the universe.

That's about the level of logic you're using. Eliminate all mundane causes for your straw to move and then we might talk. Until then you're exploiting normal physics and not understanding what's going on.

What exactly do you think the water is supposed to do?

    Wow ... antigravitation

That's just completly wrong, a story coming out from a science fiction book
Just tell us what sort of insects you are talking about
    give link and reference.
Because I tell you this is just false.
There is no antigraviation at this time, neither natural than artificial.

Are you going to actually make and defend any claims yourself, or are we supposed to point out the problems with these articles and you just shrug and go "Well, I'm not the author of that." References are used to support your own arguments, not make them for you. Pick something from the various pages you've linked, claim it, and defend it.

nothing ah, the fact that they fly without propellers or turbines,or rocket engines, and dont care about aerodynamics or airflow.
BTW what is anti g in your opinion? this should be very interesting.
since you know answers to everything tell me what standing wave is?
gun powder also was nothing particularly interesting for about 500 years, is it nothing interesing now?
    was 666 already taken?

They fly by using an accelerated stream of ionized particles. It is essentially an exotic type of jet engine. It's highly efficient but does not scale well, reducing the max achievable thrust. It has limited practical applications as a propulsion device.

An interference pattern produced by two waves of identical phase and frequency with opposite amplitude.

Gunpowder is still interesting, due to its continued everyday use.

is that all??? i khew this from 5th grade,i always thought it was The acceleration due to gravity , without gravity it most likely to be 0.is it?

    i say not yet.
ok standing wave was a bullseye. tell me this; is standing wave developes in a closed space?

    omon-

Gravity is a field effect. True "antigravity" a la sci fi repulsorlifts and the like is by definition something that reduces or cancels that field effect. The things that have been brought up so far (helicopters, ion engines, wings, etc.) are merely things that produce lift or acceleration. These things have ZERO effect on gravitic fields, they just work to create velocity vectors that are counter to them.

Antigravity would reduce or eliminate (or otherwise alter) the field effects of gravity, not simply overcome them.

how about ball lightning not only it defyes gravity but also goes thru walls and windows, it,s recorded. not a myth

g, acceleration due to Earth's gravity, is -9.8m/s². Thus, anti-g is 9.8m/s². Net acceleration due to g is zero.

you're not going to make the comparison about phonons, photons, and lasers are you?

Ball lighting moves by electrostatic interaction and also thermal driving. It's no more "defying gravity" than a hot air balloon.

every web page on this subject states9.8m/s/s not-9.8m/s/s if i drop a ball off the roof it'll fall with acc.. 9,8m/s/s. and if i do it where there is no gravity won't it float and not fall at all??

no i asked about it for a different reason.
hot air ballon just like helium baloons don't defy grav.. they overcome it by diference in air dencity outside ani inside a baloon.

Does gravity accelerate things up or down? If it accelerates things down, how could you signify that in mathematical notation? If you were going to used signed values, would it make more sense to have a negative or a positive for downward acceleration?

Do some physics calculations some time. g is most assuredly -9.8m/s².

And ball lighting doesn't defy gravity either. it overcomes it by tapping other (conventional) physical forces.

Antigrav in my understanding would be to influence directly the gravitional force.

Unfortunately we cant do this right now. We canīīt neither create nor negate it right now and perhaps we never will. Why do I put "perhaps" because AFAIK gravity is one of the least understood forces.

Regarding your articles omon : Did you read them yourself? I love this kind of evidence which cant be observed and lines. It wont work if somebody tries to measure it, or I fly where no human can see me.... This is not science but faith.
