It's Poland. *shrug*

8. Cybercrime
"The Presidency of the LEWP presented its intention to propose concrete measures towards creating a single secure European cyberspace with a certain "virtual Schengen border" and "virtual access points" whereby the Internet Service Providers (ISP) would block illicit contents on the basis of the
EU "black-list". Delegations were also informed that a conference on cyber-crime would be held in Budapest on 12-13 April 2011."
It's Poland. *shrug*
The thing is from early this year which would lay the blame on Hungary...which does not exactly increase it's low chances of going anywhere.
uh I might be wrong
That is true, although this is not the first time someone comes up with these ideas and sometimes they have even made it to the tables of the comission.
making it to the comission does not mean that much. If you want to have some "fun" take a look at all the bills and other stuff that are officially brought to your (or any others nation) parliament. A lot of these things would almost make this look reasonable.

When every activity online becomes cybercrime what next?

Great firewall of Europe?
Are you sure you're not thinking of the Israeli type wall?
We have a wall. It's variably called the Channel, the Gibraltar Straits, the Mediterranean, the Bosporus, the Black Sea, the Volga river, the White-Sea-Volga-Channel or the North Sea.
We just need to adapt Europe a bit to fit in those borders.
Volga isn't the border, nor is the Channel. The Atlantic and the Pacific are and they better be kept that way without any ''adaptations''.![]()
Those who know don't speak
Eh, wait a couple more months and the Channel is the Western border. We'll just turn Ireland into OMR territory.
Democracy will start this side of the English Channel.
^^^This means it's not started yet there?
