But we've proven it doesn't exist now. Can you prove global warming exists?

Can you prove you exist ? Can you prove the sun is not a yellow water ball hung in the sky by the gods?

If you chose to ignore 95% of the scientists and even missing that even denier like Dale doesnt argue that global warming isnt happening only that humans are not responsible.

I choose to ignore those scientists who have a stake in global warming.

When Saddam says he doesn't have WMD just doens't have the same weight as our guys on the ground say he doesn't have WMD. The former has a stake in denial. The latter has a stake in affirming the suspicion.

A committed Nazi saying he didn't see war crimes committed by his unit just doesn't carry the same weight as civilians who lived under his unit's occupation.

Well if you "chose" to ignore science because it doesnt fits your political picture of the world. Well, this isnt something new... You know you are good company like : The earth is flat, world is created in 7 days, smoking is harmless

I don't choose to ignore something based on someone's political ideology.

In this case, I chose to ignore those scientists who get money from publishing reports confirming global warming. I will ignore those scientists who get money from publishing reports denying global warming as well.

I will choose to ignore studies by a drug company who's conclusion just happen to push their own product.

Conflict of interest? You are obviously too blind to understand that concept.

My argument is that it is not safe to assume, that another ice age will occur, and the earth will recycle itself, because of different variables now in existence, that were not in existence in the data proving the 1500 year climate cycle.

The climate cycle data stops short in the year 1985. Why this date? Would have the next 10 years proven a broken cycle pattern? Was there something there Singer did not want to reveal that is occurring?
well we just got out of a mini ice age, which only ended in the mid 1800's. So who is to say, that we are not just experiencing the normal pre-mini ice age weather. There was no records being kept before the mini ice age, so no one really knows for sure. But it is a very clear possibility

I really can not understand their warped thinking.....
Im going to quote someone..

"Global warming, will forever go down in the history books, as the greatest hoax the world has ever known."

This reminds me of that hokey Kevin Costner movie where the icecaps melt and add like 5 miles depth to the oceans.
The ice caps are like one mile thick.
Only good thing about Gerbil Worming is that only boboes believe it - and you know which turkeys you can get over on.
Tell them that men can only have about 10,000 ejaculations in their lifetime - then watch 'em start calculating - those people will believe anything.
I think of it as a natural selection thing for weeding out the meatballs amongst us. Sorta like females who are attracted to Ted Kennedy being suicidal and all?
Plus talking about it gives all kind of scope for figuring out like - you know - really gnarly majorly excellent groovy stuff man.

So who is to say that the shrinking of the ice-caps isnt just the natural process of the waning Ice, left over from the Ice Age? and in another 100,000 years we may again enter another Ice Age, and the ice will start to grow again, and move down the continent?
Here's another thought;

As the icecaps expand the salinity of the oceans rise.
As the salinity of the oceans rise their freezing point drops.
At some point it would become too salty to freeze.
Icepack formation would cease.
The oceans would absorb more solar energy than the icepacks reflect, covering more area.
Sea temperature would rise, icepacks would begin to melt.
Super salty oceans would deposit salt in solid formations.
Salinity would decrease.
Freezing temperature of seawater rises. Growth of icepacks resumes.

I bugged Gerbil Gore's house and this is what he said in his sleep.

I saw "An Inconvenient Truth" and I'm more convinced than ever before that global warming (as a product of human activity) is a hoax.

He cherrypicks data from 1890 to the present. And most of that, I'd say 70%, was from 1970 onward. he blatantly ignores the archeological evidence showing the earth being much warmer around 1000 years ago. He blatantly ignores the data showing earth cooling down from 1940 to 1970. He never bothered to share with people about how afraid we were for the next ice age in the 70s.

His entire presentation was flawed to the point of laughable.

All you have to do, to stop someone who believes the oceans will rise due to global warming dead in there tracks, is tell them these two simple words...

Archimedes principle

we can very well destoy it. and we don't even need all nukes, half of them will be enough.
i really think that cuting forests, blocking and diverting rivers, and dumping toxic waste is destroing it little by little. can't really present you any proof though.
can we save it? sure we can all we have to do is stop destroing it.
As for global worming imo it's a hoax.

Personally I prefer not to stop them.
The best way to defeat what they attempt to do is to let them attempt to do it -
sort of like a terrorist holding an AK to his head and threatening to shoot if his demands are not met.
