So aggravating.

The last article I read about the huge snowfall some northern cities are experiencing goes out of its way to say that even though temps have trended down, and snowfall and ice up, since 2000, overall we're still warmer than some arsehat thinks we should be.

Did it go out of its way to point out the simple (perhaps misleading, but still simple) correlation between solar activity (historically high until 2000, trending down afterward) and global temps? Nope.

Bah. Science "reporting", no matter what the topic, is almost never worth reading in detail.
