Huh !
And i read about some mofo roaming around the State Secratariat while he was supposed to be in Judicial custody inside gaol. The likes of Lalu ,Pappu et all are actually benefactors if development is sluggish. That way their vote banks stay intact. |

The Ode of the Voters of Bihar
Old Patna town looks the same as I step down from the train, And there to meet me is Rabri mama and Lallu papa. Down the road I look and there runs Misa hair of cowshit and lips like bayries. It’s good to touch the green, green lantern of home. Yes, they’ll all come to meet me, guns somking, funeral pyres burning smelly. It’s good to touch the green, green lantern of home. The old CM's house is still standing tho’ the paint is cracked and dry, And there’s that old oak tree where they hung folks to play on. Down the lane I walk with my sweet Misa, hair of cowshit and lips like bayries. It’s good to touch the green, green lantern of home. Yes, they’ll all come to meet me, guns smoking, funeral pyres burning smelly. It’s good to touch the green, green lantern of home. [spoken:] Then I awake and look around me, at four grey wall of prison surround me And I realize that I was only dreaming. For there’s a guard and there’s a sad old padre - Arm in arm we’ll walk at daybreak. Again I touch the green, green lantern of home. Yes, they’ll all come to see me in the shade of that old oak tree As they lay me neath the green, green lantern of home |

The only reason I don't visit Bihar is because I don't have an Uzi.
Jokes apart. The people of that state, especially the villagers are in a sorry state. We need to contuct "black ops" in Bihar and UP on a regular basis.

I read somewhere that Uttar Pradesh by itself has more people than any country in Western Europe. The state is living on the edge if you ask me. Polio is on a worrisome increase, and I dont even want to contemplate about HIV in the state.
With the likes of Mulayam and Maya, no wonder it has come to this. Quote:

The targets are those that have colaborated with anti-national forces for political gain. The targets are recommended by the intelligence agencies and then sanctioned by the state. |

Forgive my ignorance, but I was wondering, isn't Agra (and the Taj Mahal) in UP? If that's the case, you'd think even a corrupt gov't would be able to attract tourism to make the state grow.
